ABOUT
Inspired by the emotions of graduation season, this risograph project reflects on the endless cycles of encounters, farewells, and reunions that unfold during summertime. Each summer spins like an old record beneath the needle of cicada songs, replaying fragments of laughter, distance, rain, and light.

May we learn to gather fragments of starlight throughout our journeys: for the dandelions scattered by the wind, the evening stars running parallel to the horizon, and the rain and tears that eventually dissolve into fireworks.

A compact, portable music player designed to carry the weight of summer memories, transforming nostalgic radios and vinyl turntables into dreamy collectible objects.

COLOR CHOICE

This project uses a limited four-color risograph palette:
Cornflower Blue establishes the spatial foundation of sky, water, and distance; Teal softens the transition between landscape and atmosphere; Yellow becomes a carrier of illumination, appearing in stars, dandelions, fireworks, and reflected light; while Bright Red introduces warmth, intimacy, and a dreamlike emotional haze. By overlapping transparent RISO inks, additional colors naturally emerged through layering: allowing a wide spectrum of color and depth while using only four inks.
